Rubber Digitizing

Just as ADJUST can rubber sheet existing AutoCAD entities, you can also use ADJUST to rubber digitize. Rubber digitizing is the process of rubber sheeting entities as they are being digitized. Once you have chosen calibration pairs, you can use special rubber digitizing commands to produce Lines, Polylines or any other AutoCAD entities. As you pick points with your digitizing puck, they are instantaneously and transparently transformed according to the rubber sheet calibration and placed in your drawing. Now you can calibrate a digitizer with unlimited numbers of calibration points, in any pattern (even unstable patterns).

Rubber Digitizing Commands

Adjusted Point - (apt)
This transparent command can be used to return an Adjusted Point to any AutoCAD point oriented command. Use it to insert a block at an adjusted point picked on the digitiAutoCAD point oriented command. Use it to insert a block or enter text at an adjusted point picked on the digitizer.

Adjusted Line and Polylines - AL and APL
These commands start the Line and Polyline commands respectively and allow you to draw Adjusted Lines or Polylines by digitizing.
