TCI Support

TCI offers free technical support for all of our products. The primary method we use is email and we strive to address every support request promptly. If a problem persists or becomes complex, we will arrange to call you.

Authorization Codes

We use the Crypkey software licensing system for all of our products. When you first install our products you should automatically be granted a 30 day Trial License. This allows you to use a fully functional version of all included tools for 30 days after the first installation. If for some reason you didn’t get this license or if you need more time to evaluate the tools - request a new trial license by completing the Authorization Code Request form below. If you have purchased a product and want to obtain your permanent Authorization Code, complete the Authorization Code Request form below.

Requesting an Authorization Code

Step 1: Determine your Site Code - run the TCIREG.EXE program in your TCI directory (or your TCI/NT directory if you use Windows NT and run any pre-v5 release)
